Additionally, the spoons are biocoated. The biocoating is made of food-grade wax and is biodegradable after use. The extra wax layer provides a pleasant mouthfeel. The spoon is ideal for creamy desserts and sweet dishes like semolina pudding or rice pudding. Due to its shape, it is not suitable for soups or sauces.
