Using a sealing film and sealing frame, the trays can be hermetically sealed and leak-proof under the influence of heat.
Even dishes with a lot of sauce can be safely transported with this method. It doesn't matter if the sauce is in a separate compartment or if you pack a dish in undivided trays. The airtight packaging ensures that the taste of your meals remains impeccable, and cold dishes can be stored a bit longer. This allows you to prepare and pack large quantities of dishes for later delivery. You'll find common sizes and shapes that are compatible with standard sealing machines in our selection.
Safe Delivery with Lids Too
Of course, you don't necessarily need a sealing machine to use the sustainable cellulose trays. You can reliably close the trays with our transparent lids made of rPET. Since the lids are clear, the customer can still take a look at the contents of your sealed trays, even though they are ready-packed. Whether sealed or with a lid – the trays stack easily for transportation.
Microwave and Oven Safe
At home, your customer can easily heat their favorite dish directly in the sealed tray. The trays are suitable for the microwave or oven. The dishes can be heated at 140 °C and kept warm for up to 45 minutes.
Sustainable and Safe Sealing Trays Made of Cellulose
The sustainable sealing trays are made from a natural material mix. The wood for cellulose extraction comes from sustainable forestry. The trays are produced without bleach and, with the addition of lignin as a binder, acquire their natural, warm color tone.
